VEAVON provides after-sales warranty service, please read it carefully before purchasing the product. When you are sure to experience after-sales warranty service, please check Process a Warranty
1. If the accessory is lost or damaged, pay the relevant accessory cost, and the logistics cost can be reposted for you.
2. Any quality problem causes the machine to be sent back for repair, please refer to: 30-day money-back guarantee for quality problems.

30-day money back guarantee for quality issues

Within 30 days from the delivery of the goods to the designated delivery address, due to quality problems, damaged products can be refunded after sale. Once the returned items are returned to VEAVON's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
●Returns must include all accessories
●The item must include the original packaging
●For warranty claims not related to quality, the buyer bears the freight
● For warranty claims not related to quality, VEAVON refunds the cost of the product itself
●If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return may be rejected
The 30-day money-back guarantee for quality issues expiring 30 days after the warranty claim is filed. Refund requests cannot be processed for non-quality issues that are due within 30 days. For purchases not made directly through VEAVON's online store, please contact the retailer for a refund. For issues related to quality, see below.

Warranty claims for quality related issues

From the date of purchase, all defects related to quality on the products directly sold by VEAVON or VEAVON's authorized dealers are entitled to the after-sales warranty.
VEAVON's warranty is limited to the country of purchase. This warranty is invalid for items shipped directly abroad after purchase.


●The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
●VEAVON must record what happens when the buyer troubleshoots the product
●The serial number of the defective item and/or visible evidence describing the defect must be provided
● It may be necessary to return the product for quality inspection

Valid proof of purchase:

●Order number for online purchases made through VEAVON or VEAVON’s authorized dealers
●Sales invoice
●A dated sales receipt from an authorized VEAVON dealer, which shows the product description and price
Please note that more than one proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (for example, a remittance receipt and confirmation of the origin of the address item).

In the following cases, the freight must be borne by the buyer:

●Lacking of proven defects, return the goods for any reason
●Warranty claim for items purchased outside the original country of purchase
●Unexpected return of buyer
●Return personal items
●Return items that are claimed to be defective but found to be in normal condition through VEAVON quality control
●Return defective items in international transportation
●Expenses related to unauthorized returns (any returns that exceed the approved warranty process)

Not covered by warranty:

● Products without sufficient proof of purchase
●The product is lost or stolen
● Items whose warranty period has passed
●Problems not related to quality (30 days after purchase)
●Free products
●Through third-party maintenance
●Damage from external sources
●Damage caused by misuse of products (including but not limited to: drop, extreme temperature, water, improper operation of equipment)
●Buy from an unauthorized dealer

VEAVON is not responsible for the following situations:

●Return personal items sent to VEAVON
When returning non-quality problems, the buyer shall be responsible for any damage or loss caused during the transportation. For warranty claims that are not related to quality, VEAVON does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit.
